If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property & Benchmark Data Licensing

All proprietary benchmark telemetry datasets, latency matrices, server performance indices, and technical comparison charts published on RDPChoice are protected by international copyright law.

You are permitted to share, copy, and redistribute our benchmark figures, charts, and metrics in any medium or format for academic, journalistic, or commercial purposes, provided you give appropriate credit to RDPChoice.com and include a direct, do-follow hyperlink to the original source benchmark page.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing RDPChoice, you agree not to:

Deploy high-concurrency automated scrapers or denial-of-service tools that degrade server availability.
Modify or misrepresent benchmark scores to deceive consumers or manipulate hosting sales.
Affix false RDPChoice verification badges to external platforms without written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RDPChoice, its directors, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of trading capital, profits, or data, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the benchmark data or services provided by third-party hosting vendors evaluated on this site.
